Business Development/ FinTech Sales – Hybrid – Wilmington, DE

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-grade AWS Cloud solutions to various departments and support the development team through DevOps planning and CI/CD best practices.

  • Network, source, and prospect: Globally trusted financial institutions, community organizations, International Insurance companies, and non-profits to offer our customized CMA to serve them and their members.

  • Financial Analyst (Funds & Expense Ratio).

  • It is essential for our Business Development team members to leverage their experience and understanding of the needs of our target market to successfully communicate our product/platform's value proposition. Networking skills are essential.

  • This role will be based out of Wilmington, DE.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Previous experience partnering and negotiating contracts with global asset managers and large wealth management firms (e.g. RIAs, IBDs).

    • Negotiate Contracts with C-Suite & VPs.

  • Experience with early stage fintech/wealth tech firm(s) preferred.

  • Background with ETF/mutual fund research

    • Provide fund analysis when needed.

    • Strong understanding of fixed income funds.

  • Strong prospecting and networking skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage a prospect pipelin, drive an agenda, think strategically.

  • Strong understanding of the technology that supports wealth management firms.

    • Custodians, portfolio management systems, etc.

  • Experience onboarding large client relationships at a technology company.

  • Strong understanding of financial services.

  • Strong ability in PPT & Excel.

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to conduct in person meetings effectively.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

  • Self-starter who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Ability to thrive independently and in a team environment.
