Partner closely with hiring managers within our Tech, Operations, and Business Development verticals. - Understand the specific needs of each role.
Interview and evaluate a candidate's skills, experience, and alignment with our core values.
Build and maintain a healthy, representative talent pipeline using innovative sourcing methods and tools such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, personal network, blogs, forums, etc.
You will research the competitive landscape and gather insightful data to drive improvements to our pipeline.
Own your data -- ensure a high level of data integrity and track your pipeline activity to share with ICM Leadership.
Technical recruitment and sourcing experience within a fast-paced organization (software development roles preferred).
Strong attention to Data & Analysis. Understanding your metrics to successfully meet our hiring needs.
Experience with innovative direct sourcing techniques with the ability to build and maintain a network of top-tier talent.

Share best in class sourcing practices, and take on projects to make the entire organization better.
Expertise in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques including full proficiency with Boolean searching, experience with a wide array of specialized sourcing tools, and a deep understanding of the primary sourcing methodologies.
Experience building and developing diverse pipelines of qualified talent.
