Join Our Team / HR Generalist
ICM is looking for an organized, attentive, and resourceful individual to be a valued addition to our Human Resources team. This individual will work directly with our Chief Administration Officer.
Primary responsibilities include, supporting our Chief Admin Officer with sensitive employee relations issues as well as other HR-related responsibilities. It is expected that the individual will take on additional responsibilities and more complex project work over time.
General administrative duties.
Track and maintain internal documents.
Track and maintain employee onboarding paperwork through completion.
Respond to questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
Complete employment verifications.
Support HR calls/questions and direct to appropriate departments or personnel, as necessary.
Serve as backup to our Head of HR.
Provide excellent communication and service to all internal and external partners.
Any other functions/duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Admin, or related)
Shows initiative, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to learn quickly.
Superior written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with a wide variety of audiences.
High standards for personal performance.
Work requires excellent proofreading skills, analytical ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent follow-through, keen judgment, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet concrete deadlines.
